I know it drives ya nuts hey. My hubby would like the Premium Ticket. I don't care if he gets one personally, but I spend enough money for a service thats lets say, not the best lol.

So I'm not spending anymore. I'll stick to my normal ticket.

Regarding the connect, the only thing that's worked for me, is constant trying. By this I mean, I am a very quick typer, so I leave no delays in putting in user name, password, code all very very quickly, so if it gives you free gap, you might just get in. It usually works for me.

If I screw up typing the letters or don't do them in quick succession I don't get in
