Whenever I try to login it says 'cannot connect due to server traffic'.
Then I wait 5 seconds and it says 'disconnected from server' when im not!
Is that a bug or does that happen to everyone?

happens to everyone.
you dont get disconnected from the game cause your not in it; you get
disconnected from the login server and need to reboot your client.

O that, that's just one of the countless number of errors I encounter when trying to log in. Don't worry that's an easy one, just reboot the client. Any1 can tell me what C9 is?

It hapened to me once, it was because my internet disconnected while I was loading the game.
If it happens more often, i beleive you have a problem with your pc (maybe u hav an old grafic card).

There's no such thing as "too crowded" because all the servers have a player cap. I believe the C9 error is caused by slow connectivity, which often results in a lack of response from the login server. Try shutting down any bandwith-hogging programs you have running in the background (like anti-spywares that auto-update every 10 minutes, chat programs and, of course, download clients such as kazaa, eMule or BitTorrent). If that doesn't solve it then just login at a later time, because too many people are trying to login at the same time

Both C9 and getting DCs while in-game are cause by the same problem. Your internet speed doesn't matter much since the game works fine even on a 1mbps connection. Shut down bandwith-using programs and try again. If that still doesn't work, and you still get C9 constantly, It might have something to do with your ISP not being very compatible with the game (I've had similar problems - C9, lags and DC - all the time, until I switched to a better ISP ).
