pinging sro servers?

ok recently i am having some baaaad lag. i tried to ping http://www.silkroadonline.net and the requests are ALWAYS timed out. what the..
i read somewhere that if approximate round trip time is below 350ms i should not be having lag is it right? some one help.

You have to ping the servers not the website.
I don't know the ip but you can get it with a firewall, it shows you the ip that your SRO client is trying to connect.
The good ping i think is around 60ms :wink:
