Seeing 5x's wat i sud n trees in buildings

this post is for my friend, she has a graphical problem, no other problem but this 1

she sees characters like 5x's n trees r inside buildings etc...
ill try n get a picture shortly

shes tried redownloading n re-installing the game, that didnt work either
she has enough RAM n MHz to run the game safely, n her computer can run WoW so it should be able to run this game

Ideally speaking it shld work better, as it works in WoW..
OK kindly try to update video / chipset drivers.
Update lateest DirectX version from http://www.silkroadonline.net downloads section.

Also wat OS is there, is it XP / ME/2k.....

she uses Xp

she has the latest DirectX n Drivers etc

n she cant login to the silkroad website... it wont let her...i have the same problem it just logs off when i try n make a post or even try n buy silk with paypal...but thats a different issue
