Cerberus Quest Messed Up

Ok I used the Call of Hell and it did not work and it de-spawned out of my back pack so I went back to the Sunset Witch to get another one and it wont give me another one

. So um ya if yall could fix this or um gimme another stone it would be great. :banghead:
