I am new to the game, whenever I attempt to create a chinese character, half way through loading, the error comes up.

If I try to make an EU character, I can create it, but if I try to play it, on the loading screen, it loads a little bit then game freezes and there comes the ??? Error. Anyhelp please? o_O



- On a side note, it used to happen when I opened it and gameguard began to load, but when I went to the firewall and "allowed" the four .exes I could get onto the screen to actually log in! =P
