Stronger is the devil cut blade probably. But the shout is faster. It really depends on how much hp the mobs you grind on have left. If a shout is enough, use a shout obviously. If they have too much for a shout to finish it try to find mobs with lower hp so you get in that range. Otherwise use the devil cut blade.
