I've decided to start farming, and I think I'm gonna take ice imbue along with my fire.
This is because the character CaiYiLing was really good before it was hacked, and it had both fire and ice imbue, in case of a sticky situation. And my freidn ChipNDale has ice imbue as well, in case she is about to die or something.
I thought it's a good idea, and don't be like "Oh ya but at teh higher levelz u are imune to teh ice". Because that's not true, not many people are immune to ice, and there's gonna be a patch to make it so you can't be immune to ice.

Also, what's the point of raising your masteries to lv 80? Because you don't get new skills do you? I don't see the point in it.

hmm well to answer ur question, well if your going to farm then go ahead and get ice. As for why lvl ur skills to 80? well if u noticed every time u lvl ur mastery it says like Fire damage incresed 70% etc. so if you have like fire/light at 80 then your fire and light damage is 80% increased.

Yeah, I thought that was why, but I'm only gonna level fire to 80.

And do you really want to try and level with an 10 gap at 79? Also I see no harm in taking 2 imbues as your putting points into the mastey anyway. It just takes a bit more sp.

isnt it also good to level your masteries to 80 in case there is higher level skills coming with the 90 cap patch?

yes, but then again ppl w/ 4 masteries will probably suk when lvl 90 & new skills come, since they'll be falling behind w/ mastery limit, so no new skills for them

I think Ice imbue would be smart. I'm 64. I'm actually starting to add it. Solely becuase I can use it on giants/when hunting/theiving. And yes, there are SOME players who are immune to ice, but prolly only 40-50 high levels (i.e. people who'd kill you regardless of your skill) actually have full immunity. But...that's just my two cents....
