What should I should take as a subclass for my 2hander? Mainly I want to do well in PvE as that is the main point of Euro, and to to decently well at jobs.

Dude please use the search next time...
But I'll anwser it anyways...the best warrior sub class in my opinion is cleric. Get the cleric buffs that dont require the Cleric Rod, Wardrobe etc...and get the heal and res (group heal etc...) and maybe get a little bard if you can with a gap cause the moving speed increase is very nice for jobbing and warrior.

I'd personally go with Rogue as a sub-class to Warrior, providing you're more of a group player rather than a solo artist.
Reason being, Rogues have a lot of nice skills you can use to your advantage while jobbing, you also already (hopefully) have gone pure Str for Warrior which is also the best build for Rogues, and if you're in a party most of the time, you'll get buffs/heals from others.
So Warrior/Rogue for me, unless you're more of a solo player in that case... Warrior/Cleric or Warrior/Bard.
Hope that helps.
