 Post subject: strange thing about mastery cap 300

You say highest mastery lvl on skills will be 150. And you say the mastery cap will be still 300.
I'm just wondering:
How is it possible to kill if you choosed the force mastery skill to raise to 150? I mean you will take a weapn mastery to 150, but without the cold/lightning/fire skills makes you useless in killing something because you also need the magical damage.

The point of force is to heal stuff... Makes sense that you don't kill much right? But if you chose blader the division, bleed, weaken, and reduce parry add up to a good amount of reduced defense probably to the point where they have almost 0 defense. And when it comes down to where they have a cleric well... you get a nuker and heal him and add to the damage with you attacks...

you can always take one of the elemental trees like fire light or cold, so that you can nuke

Force trees are meant to be used for helping others not to kill. If you decide to take force, don't expect to kill but be a supportive character that spam vital spots.

But do not foget that I have to be able to kill monsters for lvling!
yeh, I might take an elemental tree instead a weapon tree, but the only thing that would do damage are the nukes. This might mean someone with force lvl 150 automaticakky must be an int build. With a force build on 150, the nukes would be the only attack aviable for the player.
And I think blader with force lvl 150 is not a good idea because bladers already do really bad damage and without the elemental skill the blader do worse damage!

Hmm i think the cap isn't going higher then 100, why ? Cause lets say if the cap is 150, everyone will be the same, glavers will have fire, spears with light, and the point of making your own character, is to make it your own, thats why i think its stopping at 100, so you can have 3 mastery trees. Lets say becheon (tanking) fire (damage) force (vital =more damage)... thats what i think, and knowing joymax, 150 cap won't come out in your life time, so dun wry about it :wink: :P

Lvl 120 Skills are already available for .pk2 editing. And on kSRO maps on the site they show Islam as an area which is why people actually know about it.

Cap at 150 makes sense since euros get two masteries per lvl, at lvl 150 they will have the same amount of masteries as china, china just starts with them from day one.

at 150 cap the game will be a party game, for the both races.

So a guy with 150 force and 1 tree will be a healer.
