lion shout is an OK skills for pure INT; fast, ranged and fast cooldown [well not very fast].. i tink for hybrid better use ghost spear [hi % dmg] better than lion shout series; coz LS is based on mag % same as nukes.. plus all LS series got 100% [all books] dmg meanwhile ghostspear 220%+.. use LS as backup skills..

ghost spear is better for pure int too dmg-wise. Lion shout though, unlike ghost spear, is ranged. Personally, I'm not a great fan of lion shout.

well, yes; like i mention in my previous post for PvE mostly.. hybrid should have tons of HP compared to pure INT.. tats mean hybrid build can tank more.. but i preffer LS [not a big fan oso] coz u still can hit hard witout ur imbue coz its INT base dmg.. for PvP ghost spear is the best compare to LS..

up parry ratio! It's awesome if you got the sp for any build cuz opponent does less dmg!

Should I max out book 1 of Fire Nuke?

no as you only need it level 1 to get book 2 max that and book 3

rite now my fire nuke book 1 is lvl 12; u save more MP pots compare book 2.. it's still usefull till u lvl 57 but after tat just use book 2 and book 2 light coz u need more dmg while lvling on yetis and devil yetis..

book 1 ???-???(250%) and max at lvl 64, book 2 ???-???(300%) max at 69 AND book 3 ???-???(300%) max at 68.. so which 1 better at lvl 70? :roll:

book 3 for WIDE AOE.. 6meters/5target?

nukers usually use fire nuke book 2 and light nuke book 2.. fire book 3 just for back up or show off.. nice effect thou..

You know what would be really cool if you was to really break it down, like having the hp/mp stats and all that for the lvl cap of 80 and having the right amounts of stat pts ex

80 lvl cap
9000/17000 hp/mp

175/350 str/int

now that would be very helpful for the noobies, like myself hehe

Is it still "justified" to nuke with a 2-1 hybrid?
Because your mag balance will never be really high.
Wouldn't it be better to focus more on weaponskills?

I recentlly changed my build to this one and and 3x, I feel like I burn even more MP pots as with a full int, because the nukes are quite potdemanding.

i can 2 hit mobs with nuke and 2 hit mobs with weapon skills so in all fairness dont matter except nukes have a better aoe so i prefer to use them

from wat i understand.. u'll doing higher dmg than STR and less dmg than pure INT.. u can tank more coz ur HP and spear usually have higher CRITICAL.. dmg from critical no double as pure STR does but atleast higher than pure INT does..

the bk2 fire nuke is the strongest when it is raised compared to any nukes of the same level

yeah it sure makes a lot more damage 1on1 don`t forget light can hit a lot more targets with a great damage. Can`t imagine myself in jobs/grind without my light nuke even when it makes less damage vs 1 mob.

for pure INT dmg from weapon skills + CRT just about 10% [or less] increase.. FOR me i wont spend SP on Flying Dragon [unless for fun].. 1st, the cooldown longer than 1st book of fire nuke EVEN longer than 2nd book of fire [??].. 2nd, 1st book of fire nuke done more everage dmg than FD and u dont need it after u get 2nd book.. 3rd, the frequent of CRITICAL dmg weapons dependent meaning need hi CRT weapon..

IMO, tats for full INT maybe same as INT hybrid oso..

I'm 2-1 int hybrid.
I like flying dragon, less MP then fire nukes but cooldown isn't nice.
full int crit is less as nuke, Hybrid int is higher (atleast now).
