do i need to max out all tose skills or just get a couple im trying to save sp and time spent farming

The skills are designed for "perfect" level 80, with an 80 cap.
Its up to you which skills you want to leave out to save sp. You will not be as effective without all the skills mentioned though.

bicheon should be at lvl90 because at lvl60 you dont get the 4th book of stab. so bicheon 90 = 4 stabs in total, bicheon 60 = 3 stabs in total.

nice guide.. especially liked the part about the pvp tactict.. very interesting.
It's a big change from how i fight now.
But if my tactic starts to fail i'll know what to do..
