All I got to say it's also much faster leveling a new character then your first one. Use a character to reach level 20 to gain some cash and items and personal experience in how to play the game.
Then re-roll with a brandspanking new character. Pass down some cash and SOS items and you'll seriously steam roll those 20 levels. I did it as a test and got from 1 to 20 in about 12 hours played even with a sizeable SP farming gap of 7.
Also, I would like to point out that as a bow user with ice, leveling it much faster then anything else I've tried so far. Just keep ice at 5 for the imbue and steam roll stuff. There isn't a noticeable damage difference between fire and ice at any level less then 27. Even at 27 it's only a small enough of a difference of 1 extra shot needed by ice to equal the damage put out by fire.
I know you don't have ICE in your guides Biggie but I seriously think you made a big mistake. Also, going on that the koreans don't have high level ice chars.. bleh. That's wrong cause I've just watched quite a few high level ICE korean characters kicking the shiznit out of fire chars.
Bear in mind this is ice+bow characters. Why? They can kite the crap out of any STR user. Sure you can use universal pills and other things to lessen the overall effect of ice BUT there is a big thing you are missing. IT still slows you down. Even if it's for a fraction of a second that fraction is enough time I need to stay one step ahead. Eventually you'll run out of universal pills. Then that's the end.

there is a lvl 20 quest that allows you to remove masteries and skills

carry a level 8 shild in ur inventory. switch to it, buff, switch back.
also, im in collage right now so as soon as i get home, im gonna post the site for SUM magazine.
also about ice, keep it to the other thread.
and about ligthing bow, that was a build i tested out. it did not work and i dumped the char on the 1st noob i saw when i ran out of jangan. he did not mind having a level 31 bow/lighting char. :p infact, he stills massages me alot. i helped him make the char into a duel nuker and it works pretty good now, other then the horrible 2 int 1 str ballance but he is waiting for item mall so he can reset his stats.

Exactly what I just did. I re-rolled and just gave em all the cash and items I had. Worked wonders. I <3 my new char....since I know wtf to do now lol.

ok
let me refine my question
what good is a bird for non-bow users. you'd have to up the lvls of bow, when you aren't using it at all, just to have a bird that increases attack ratings?
not even a significant amount, might i add... unless u wanna get like 50 bow masteries...

you can get rid of your mastery points by removing the skills first then mastery ..

Sorry to disagree with you concerning fast melee not having cold in their arsenal. I do not know whether your information is speculation or you have actually tested the information that you have given the general silkroadforums audience but there is one thing that makes me conclude that the guide is not accurate and should not be followed word for word but use as a thought of another person's idea.
The Mechanics of a Freezing State
When the 25% chance of a freezing state has been achieved, a person will be slowed to a very large degree in the action of what they are doing (we already know this). When a pill is used, the freezing state is dispelled BUT the action is still delayed for one round. Regardless of you spamming the universal pill to take away the debuff, it will still slow you for one round (this is taken into the fact that the person's spamming the Upill like there's no tomorrow).
Now, taking that mechanics mentioned above into practice. All the big nukes and high damage skills have a longer delay to "fire." A fast melee person (such as a blade/shield) can land 3-5 hits (depending whether a skill is used) before one major damage skill takes effect. During that time the probability of a freezing state will most likely land. At this point, even if the person has a lightning fast reflex and uses the Upill right away, the immediate skill being used will still be delayed. Most people do not have this lightning reflex. So by the time that the average person uses the Upill, another freezing state will have landed. Also take into account of the hidden blade series of sword/blade users; A good melee that knows what and when to use his or her skill in this manner WITH cold will always keep the opponent controlled and wear the person down.
So, Cold much more useful then what has been stated on this post. It's been tested, Korea has not ruled it out. The top fighters still uses cold.
A little more addition:
1. If you watch a good match (1vs1, 2vs2, 5vs5) you will notice somethign particular. Usually the last person that is left standing has cold attacks. And if you watch that last fight carefully (especially when two melees are going at it), you will notice that the only time the person not using cold is able to hit for any real damage in succession is when the person using cold has had a bad string of luck and freezing state did not land.
2. At a later level, lightning becomes more powerful then fire. This is due to it's armor lowering effect. At a later level, a lightning debuffed person can lose almost a whole armor level which causes bigger hits. But, most that likes to pvp goes for fire because it's an instant damage increase and, unlike lightning, it doesn't need to debuff a person with an addition of a fire DOT as a bonus. Still, have you ever seen a person that's been debuffed with lightning and forgets to Upill it? Here's a phrase from a spectator, "###### how did you hit for that much?" (I removed the swear words in there)

Amidst this debate I am following Biggies Nuker like exactly, using SP farming and lvling up the skills every 4-5 and soon to be 6 lvls. I like the results, but here is a very n00b question, which skills in the lightening and fire are the nuke ones? Thanks. I <3 nuker btw, Ill be a test subject.....

Farasan - Well since magical damage will stack on top of physical damage in many cases it's good to make that base number (the physical damage) as high as possible in order to acheive maximum power.
Sp@rrow - Flashwalk is a thunderskill which allows virtual teleportation over a short distace, severly cutting down the time between mobs via dropping the time required to approach another mob. The faster you can get to mobs, the faster you can kill them and therefore collect the rewards for their demise (Exp/SP/Gold/Items).

I caught on to that after a bit. But isn't it called something else in the game?
