Parry Ratio

Hello!

I haven used lightning for long time and now i have question about it.
Lightning gives extra parry ratio (Heavenly Force for example) but what is parry ratio at all?

Let's say a mob can hit you for 100-200 damage. If your parry is low, the mob will hit closer to 200 more often, and if your parry is high, the mob will hit closer to 100 more often.
