Ress?

Im lvl 28 Warlock/Cleric and I have One question about ressing.
I Have seen many clerics ressing someone in my party when resser is not in same party but I can't ress anyone who is not in my party so how do they do this?

To ress someone you shift + left click thier body. Hit ress. And tada.
