Is it true that on ECSRO the stun of Soul Spear Soul occurs a way too much time? (Maybe 30% chance on both hits)

I didn't notice any difference...Usually on ECSRO when I fight giants that are higher lvl than me, I throw in a couple of Soul Spear Truths to stun more =\

i Think in iSro soul spear soul has been changed to 1 time 30% chance on stun, maybe in ecsro it is still 2 times 30%
