So on ECSRO I have a lvl 53 70:70 s/s, and this build isn't particular strong in pve is it? I have a sun+10 sword and my dmg isn't that great, around 3.5k at penons with KD skills. So, is 70:70 more of a pve or pvp build? Because if it's pve I'm sort of disappointed, if it's a pvp build can't wait to pvp :)

By the way, my weapons a god damn noobmagnet, all those 70s just can't help but attack me at least 4 times.

The 70:70 build is for bowers afaik. And in theory it's good in both PvE and PvP. I've got no personal experience though. :/

I've got a 70:70 Hybrid. It's a bower, and in my opinion, its great. I wish I'd gone full str for my bower, but oh well, if bower doesnt work out in PvP in the higher lvls, I'll change to spear.

At the moment I'm lvl 70 with that archer. PvE is great. PvP is great too, but dont walk into 2 crits, then ur dead.

=\

I've seen many good vids of 70:70 s/s too. But anyway, tomorrow I'm going dual since my sp will arrive. Aiming for 90 light/bich/heuk 30 ice. (Yeah, ecsro has 90 cap/skills)

tbh, I don't believe in the 70:70 S&S. It works wonderfully with heuksal and pacheon, but I don't think it's really worthwile with bicheon. It's definitely not good for PvE, you can't really nuke that strong, and you're effectively leveling just a little bit faster than a blader. Things might change with statuses, though. You should be able to kill. Have you thought about 90 fire / 90 bich / 60 light / 60 cold?
It's going to grant you a partially decent nuke as an opener, and then you move on to using weapon skills. You can also tank pretty well, and having more snow shield than level 60 offers is useless, your mana pool can't take it anyways.

If you really do want a 70:70 S&S, the most ambitious try is probably 90 fire / 90 bich / 60 light / 60 cold. I would want to see this build PvP, though. Good luck with your build. I'll PM you on ECSRO sometime, we'll talk more there if you want to.

Ehhmz,, I got a lvl 59 70:70 bower atm. It rocks at PVP (IN GARMS) even at str. With snowshield i can tank better then Pure str.. The build 70:70 Is WAY better for Bow because bow has the strongest PHY attack & MAG attack. The spear has a bit better MAG attack, but Pacheon skills are PHY. So pacheon is better for 70:70. It's better to make it 1:3 for Spear Then can also use nukes. I can use them now too, lightning nuke hits a bit lower then Strongbow, only Strongbow can crit. Iam makeing it now Str hybrid Because i wanna keep Garms, and dont wanan use Nukes anymore.

Greetz,

PS. Got some movies from my 70 70 bower.

For Bich going hybrid wont make such a huge difference in terms of damage dish out of weapon skills.
Main reason being that its weapon skills damage burst/output is low itself.
If you check all your weapon skills, theres like a % number with a bracket behind. Thats kinda like the damage boost.
For Bich theres only 1 skill with 200+% which Heuk and Pac has a few.
Then again, Blade/Sword itself has a low damage values as compared to Bow/Spear/Glavie.

If you're grinding with weapon skills, try Blade rather than Sword.
I've a 70:70 Blader, I notice damage using a NPC76Blade is slightly higher on a NPC76Sword.
However, if you grind with weapon skills + nukes, u hav to go sword.
