So you want to go 100 heus/fire, 80 light and 20 ice? honestly you shouldnt be doing the...sp refund quest unless you have added a skill or mastery that you WILL NOT NEED IN THE FUTURE.
lets say i added force for cure therapy (sp?) and realise that its gonna be useless in the future, then i'll delevel my force mastery. Since you need Fire Lightning and Cold + Heuskal, i dont see the point for you to delevel anything at all.
