Heuskal chains, worth it?

Okay so I'm a pure int spear on ZSZC and I was wondering that, should I ever have enough sp, would getting the heuskal chains be a bad idea? I'm thinking they'd be really useful while fighting a giant or unique.

Thoughts?

Nope. Besides looking good, I've never seen them actually be useful. Unless they get some kind of debuff like bich chains, they're kinda useless.

They're nice to have but spamming windless/soul spear is more usefull since it stuns and slows the giant. Also I think the dmg is faster but not sure on that.

i tested this a while ago....
The conclusion was that the non crit damage of sse+ws was clearly higher.
But I'm not sure at all what would happen if we were to take probability of crits into account though, because the multiple hits of the chains give them a naturally higher chance of hitting a crit

...

i'll just say: chains only for aesthetic purpose
but i think it was worth the 82k sp to see something new
