I want something that can:

1>Kills fast in pve, a good and decently fast leveler.
2>Good in group pvp: CTF, BA, GW and FW.
3>Relatively good in 1v1, dont need OP warrior, but it should'nt be a 1-2 hit kill for them

for point 3. you will need bad ass equipment to excell at 1vs1
but it's a given that you will pawn almost anyone at leveling/grinding

can you name a chin build that doesn't?

But thx for the info, and besides considering all the experimental builds ive tried out, I've nvr made an int hybrid bow before

I've also seen some vids and it doesn't seem so bad, now I'm only wondering about what balance to keep between stats, I think 90% int should be ok, still good dmg with a lil more def. What do you think?

That'd be a minimal damage reduction for some more hp,
but the damage reduction won't be much of a problem with all the crits.
You'll still be able to 1 hit almost anything a pure int can and you'll survive more.

I went 85% mag. balance to be a bit further from pure int without reducing my damage too much and i hardly noticed the damage difference with weapon attacks like i said because of the crits.

1:4-1:9 int hybrid is a good decision in my opinion.
