sheild crit either reduces the strength of crit hits or give you a higher chance of blocking them.....im not sure which though

i think it has a higher chance of blocking a crit hit

|
crit on shields reduces the probability of being crit by ur opponent/monsters. eg. crit 100 = out of 50 hits, u get 2 times crit (or 1 time, im not sure anymore).

i think it reduces the number of crits u can get and it reduces the str of the crit

it just reduces the chance of you getting critacled upon, it does not reduce dmg of the crit
the higher the crit on shield, the higher the chance that you will not get crit upon, although it's still all on luck anyway, just that it's more in your favor
