What shuld a pure INT spear dude wear? Armor or garments? Why?

For lower lvls I suggest Armor simply because most monsters use physical attack, for high lvls and pvp garments for sure, run faster and less mp use.

So, is garments for magical defense?
What is a "low lvl" to u?

You can use armor up to lvl 30 or so, after that Earth Magicians, Scorpions, Gun Powder all use magical damage. You wanna use garments because you will waste less mp and run faster, not neccesarily for the mag defence.

Stay armor or protector all the time.
You'll get RAPED in garments as there's much more physical mobs.
