Hi, i am a lvl 38 nuker and i was wondering if attack rating helps increase the damage with nuke skills? I seen some nukers with the white eagle and i was confused because i always thought attack rating deals more with physical attack. So if you know exacly what attack rating does, please answer my desire question. Thank You

Have you noticed that your damage (physical or magical) has a minimum and a maximum? A higher attack rating simply means you'll be hitting damages closer to the maximum and same is true with the opposite.

But in my opinion, I'd rather use stones to boost up my weapon attack rating. I want to invest my sp's on my main masteries

The higher your AR, the higher of a chance you'll be hitting closer to your maximum damage, than your minimum.
