I've seen glaive/bows but i was wondering if a blader/bow would work out
Having pacheon would really assist the monotonous leveling of a str char up, and it would also help your abilitly to own in jobs and wars, since you can tank with your b/s and also deal acceptable damage to start out.
Imagine this and a nuker thieving jumping a trade, they could nuke and shoot and deal great damage right off, then when they retaliate, you could get in there and tank like yo ass is supposed to.

A friend of mine is bow/blade, hes a bowman but he takes out shield and blade when his hp gets really low so he can tank.

nice.. well in theorie it does sound very nice. Your main weapon would be bow and If you need more def or get KD you can switch to blade/shield.
Then do chains and KD till you get a succesive KD stab a few time. Phantom away and start hitting with your bow again.

Sounds like a killer build to me..I almost went for this build on my second char. But decided to take force in stead of Pacheon. And switch light for cold.

One thing that I don't understand is why don't you take firewall. I see you only took lvl 1 of the first book. I would max it out all 3 books.

• It's great against nukers cause it absorbs the mag dmg. It allows any lvl char to adsorp at least 1 nuke from even a lvl 80 sosun spear. So this gives you a head start against nukers.
• As for against bladers, you can't get KD, cold bladers don't freeze or frostbite you because that's mag dmg and it get's absorbed.
• And glaive users, well honestly i don't know if you can't get stun and KB either. But the logical thing would be that you can't.

And if you are worried about the fact that you can't move. You have a bow. Nobody can attack you without you being able to hit them too.

So I love this skill i'm a nuker though so against bow i can't use it. But against any other build I use it a lot. Only works if somebody is trying to kill you though. Since you can't follow anybody with it up. But if I don't need to be mobile and I got the time to put it up.. I always do.

although at the 90 cap this will indeed be a build that's hard to maintain. But you have a long time before you even get to that point. (I personally doubt that they will even bring it out this year.) So it's 80lvl's that you can have fun and own with dual weapon.
You can worrie now about the problem that ain't even here yet. Or have fun now and worry about the problem later. Because it can be solved, it just takes time and money to de-lvl one of your trees. But if you don't mind I would do it for sure.

69 bicheon - knock down and tank
69light - speed
69fire- physical damage increase, shield series decreases mp damage
90 pacheon - cuz of the new hawk and the knockback and stun skills.

^i was thinking about that , i even posted the build here. but everyone said that dual builds will not be strong at lvl 90 so i just stayed with wat i have now

level 90 cap is taking too long to get out so im not gonna worry about it yet
and when (if) it comes, i'll just delevel my stuff and probably be an ice blader for the 2 years that 90 will be the top

However, you will need 90 for blade rather than bow because of quad stab. I THINK you can get KB with bow only 69 in pacheon

Theres blader in Sparta who's doing this, gotta admit its pretty impressive.

Makes more sense for a STR char to use masterys that raise PHY attacks...
I mean Stronger imbues and % for fire is great... but you'll do more damage from the weap masterys wouldnt you?

Another question, is light really worth it at 90 cap? i mean the speed is great but you could just buy the 100% speed...

From what I remember, yoxoyo with his sosun +7 bow is dual build. When he pvp's nukers, you just does KD, and when his devil arrow is regen'ed, he switches back to bow and does that till it crits. Usually that kills most nukers in the server.

is that quad stab really that good?? Cause I would say go for pacheon at max and leave blade behind.

Blade mainly for def and to KD and just be anoying.
Bow for some insane dmg + new skills.

So unless the quad stab does some dmg that's even higher then the 80+ bow skills. Or that does more dmg/sec I would say go bow.

Dual weapons poon, even with hybrid str.. I think it is prob one of the most sp-intensive builds..

Well, imagine stabbing someone 6 times. KD + Quad stab and you can probably get in another stab as well, sounds pretty damn strong.

although doing quad stab and then another double... i don't know..
Right now you can get double stab + jump stab if you are fast enough... if you don't find the button right away the jump stab won't work. So the other combo is gonna be even closer.. either you can just make it. or you just can't.
