Hi guys.
What, in your opinion is the best naked balance for a hybrid spear user?
Mine is right now at lvl 46 with a 90%Mag balance and I guess I need to start deciding on my final balance.

All comments will be welcome!

80%.

85% is good for s/s.

But as a spear, you're gonna need to have hp to replace the block.

80% is the best balance between mag and phy and do not make your nukes priority SP wise with this balance, be sure to keep your weapon skills updated.

I have a 2:1 int spear and my mag balence naked is 75% (lvl 71). When i have all my garms on its 90%(i don't have full int on my gear)

I have a int spear hybrid 2:1 aswell , 69% phys balance 80% mag balance lvl 71

1:2 with 69/80? 1:2 can reach 79/90...pump ur int and str more 1:2 suck blue the most...

I would say 85%.

Right now I have 88% mag and 67% phy.

Edit: By the way, I'm 5:1.

85 and above i think will be the best my nukes are no tah different from a pure int and the good thing is if you have perfect int on your clothing you get above 100% easily

yea seriously, ive tried hybrid spear before and with a good gear, its still hard to tank glaivers with a 80 mag bal..i dunno how ppl think 58 is good :S
And beeing a spear, having a 80 naked mag bal u still have a gd nuke.

With a 70:70 balance your nuke will hit as hard as soul spear. Any more int and the nuke should be stronger. At 70:70 balance the nuke hits harder then the throw skill, so It would still be an opening move.
I tried this on my bow character at lvl42. I personally wasn't very impressed, I am still bow after all. I didn't try it in pvp, and my gear was pimped I think i had an 82% mag balance with clothes on.

I would say go for 80% naked.
Or closer to 90% if you can afford full som protector.

70:70 balance - im pretty sure soul spear hits harder than nukes

I would go with 83% mag balance maximum and 73% minimum....
90% is far too much for a spear user
12-13k hp is enough for you to survive against the crits of a glaiver, and it leaves you with decent damage since you're using a spear.
Just my opinions

85% for spear. 90%+ for sword.

80% for spear

85% looks too low for sword. Without sos stuff, you won't kill anything.

That maybe true. I can tell you that with sos you can go as low as 80% with sword, and be very powerful. At least up to level 52

with 1:2 spear ... I had only int 3 str 3 equips and my hp waz 11498 and my mp waz 13718... 75% phy 82% mag... I could tank most glaviers due to the 10k+ hp and my nukes did good damage still.. though I always had to have an xtra 30-35 int and str :p... also I had b/h/l/f so I fought often with sword due to the heuksal 60 passive :p... Just a thought for tanking and dmg

i got 110% mag balance dont know how much naked. Cant log in im pure int s/s i think sword can go pure but spear definetly 80%
