PURE INT masteries

sooo i know there are probably a MILLION topics about this but when i searched the pure int build forums, they were just askin like spear or sword. or if they have already messed up their build and should start over.

so my Question is what is the optimum build for a Pure INT spear nuker. what i'm looking for the most is DMG but i must have enough HP or defense to be able to survive at least in 1v1.
