Cleric passive not working?

I noticed that no matter what gear I equiped, the cleric passives have red text on equipment requirements. At first I thought it was just the heal passive (Faith?), but I switched to lt. armor and the lt. armor passives also have red text.

Am I doing something wrong?
Are these skill broken?
Please help!

hmm, it sounds like yours may be broken... however try robe, i wear robe an all my passive skills work, tho clerics should find they work no matter what armor (out of light and robe) they wear.

If the passive skill is active, will a buff effect icon show up near my char name?

no, its a passive, not a buff.

faith passive increases your healing skills, you cant "see" it work really.

Yeah. Most you can do is see your stats and compare them before and after you learnt the passive.
