im lvl 23 now i use only dagger and i want Xbow 2
so my question is how much cap i must to lvl???

Well not just to think about the SP that is needed, think also the future of your "dual-weapon" character. For example money to buy both crossbow and dagger (I mean 7, 8th degree) and such. How does your build going to react to your leveling and so on.
But for the question you ask, go for it, the SP calc.
