I'm not really sure' both Bard and Cleric can be good.
But in my opinion Bard is mostly for pve, Noise can't affect you in pvp. xD
Clerics has Bless Spell' not that warriors have no defence skills but every little bit helps(and thats not a little its a HUGE bit xD).
Anyway Recovery Division is great for self healing over time, holy word is great to reduse error effects(might even make you immu to some, not sure) and the ress is always helpfull for party members.
I would choose Cleric but theres a huge BUT, as a warrior you will find yourself mostly using heavy armor(at least for grinding) and without any speed increasing buff it will make you REALLY REALLY slow.
