80:80 Bow with Ice, Light and Force?

hi everyone,
yesterday i started my new character. Its a 70:70/80:80 Bow hybrid. Right now, i'm planning for the 90's cap. I'll make 90 Pacheon, 90 Ice and 90 Light.
But here is something new. On levle 30 you get Vital Spot Muscle. It reduces the opponents Parry Ration about 43.

Here's my question: Is it worth to have it in high level? Or doesnt make the "small" reduce any difference/would it increase my dmg?

nah, if your opponent's parry ratio is decreased, you dont get your damage become higher, but the "chance" you inflict max damage to your opponent become higher.....

vital spot muscle has nothing to do with increase damage..... it just help you to deal max damage to your opponent.
