in the grinding guide it tells you to get flash-run. i cant find the skill. can someone help me?

its lvl 32 skill in lighting tree
called phantom
2nd book in grass walk

The skill is : GHOST WALK PHANTOM

It's the 2nd book of grass-walk series (you'll find it in the lightning skill tree). To get the skill, you need to :
- get your lightning mastery to 32
- have lvl1 of 1st book (grass wind flow).
