It is, if you want to be a tanker. Recovery Division stays without a cleric rod. As a tip, Holy Spell and Bless Spell does too. Blessings do to, however not if you casted it on yourself.

I would go 1h/warlock instead for more damage and greater offensive power.

It will a good character. Very good tanking with medium damage.

Both Bless Spell and Healing Division stays when you switch weapon.

lol hey, Swifter, I'm Jiv, I made the guide =P. Anyways, most guilds at high levels have high leveled clerics, so you'll probably be immune to ice

You would be surprised how little anyone uses Ice skills and how easy it is to use Pills or get a Holy Word from a teammate.

I've got a build like this and I can tank party mobs 3-4 lvls higher than me no problem, I love playing it, it's nice to feel invincible. Plus throw in Rez and you become friends with a lot of people quickly.

I don't think anyone wants a guildmate that relies on another person from keeping them from being frozen. But then again, in order for Euro's to be immune to ice, it does not mean they all should take Cleric sub classes only.
