Yes it helps you recover hp over time. Works by raising hp for every time interval, regardless of your charachter standing or sitting.

Actually to use the dances, you'll be needing another bard around to do those...

OT: recovery division recovers hp a certain amount like every 5 seconds I think.

Recovery division is a buff skill that auto heals the person with the lowest hp in the party every 3 seconds. So if that wiz next to you got hit hard and then you get hit hard, the wiz will get healed by RD then 3 seconds later it heals you too. Now the healing effect is based on your magic attack, ie if you have a lvl 72 cleric rod you will heal more then someone same lvl with a lvl 1 rod. the bad thing is, to be able to heal others you draw CRAZY agro, everytime it heals you "blink" to the mobs like a "hey look I am healing kill me first" type thing.

I think recovery division is best used while training solo. It heals every 4 or 5 seconds, not sure which, and it won't make mobs aggro more than normal. If you are using it in a party MAKE SURE you have warrior buffs on, and don't use it if the mobs are more than ~3 levels higher.

it draws aggro if you're in an exp autoshare party, other wise, it doesn't...

if you got a good warrior, you dont need to worry about it. As long as the warrior does a taunt, and some other skills, the mob wont even look at the cleric. Most parties i've played with, the cleric uses healing cycle. This skill aggros no mobs, which is great for a cleric so they dont get attacked.
