no, adding int does not lower your physical balance, vise versa

and as a pure str, i get more dmg with +int blues than +str

the balance is the balance between str and int isnt it, So if you raise int your phy balance will go down since the diffrence between your Str and Int will be smaller.

your balance dips only when you level up and the game defaults +1 str/int to your char (leaving 3 stat points for you to distribute). every other +str/int you add afterwards, it's always increasing the balance and never drops the other.

Please, if you dont know the answer dont give false explanations. Magical balance it depends only on the lvl and the amount of int point that you have (the points that you add on your build+the points that you add on your gear), as well that physical balance only depends on str points and level.

If you notice that when you level up your phys balance decrease is because when you lvl up you need more str points to get same balance. For this reason if you consider 2 pure str, the first one is lvl50 with str max on his gear he will obtain a certain phys balance, then you give the same clothes to a lvl80 you will see that his balance is considerably lower than the lvl50.
