Harmony Therapy and beyond!

So, my question to you is this: at what level does Harmony Therapy block champions, party mobs, and/or giants?

Or does it block any of them anymore?
I searched for a topic but they're all July or before... and they didn't specifically answer my particular question.

First one stops generals, second one pt mobs and third one champs..

Ok, that's what I heard as well. But is that 1st 2nd and 3rd books? Or levels?
Example; is that the 3rd lvl of the first book? Or the third book?

pt mobs act the same as regular mobs

if they aggro, they attack you unless you in harmony therapy
