Alright how do I change my VIP ECSRO back to the regular ECSRO?

The regular ECSRO can be accessed by downloading the "fembria" media.pk2 and placing it in your ECSRO folder.

Or you could just use the Server Switcher instead of downloading a new PK2.
It can be found at ecsro.net > Downloads.

I have that and I set it to ecsro but it didn't work...*shrugs*
