ok so my friend is confused on how the mastery system works on ecsro .. he is telling me to that he will go 90 90 90 30 ... but i told him that since the skill levels stop at 69 or 70 w/e .. to go 90 70 70 70 ... but he doesnt understand me ... can you guys help as in give me proof or not that having only one lvl 90 will make him strong too; cuz he thinks that at lvl 90 his light nukes will be stronger and i told him you only need 1 lvl 90 mastery but i confused him .. help?

Ok;

STR:

If you're a Archer, you'd be best taking 90 Pacheon, 70 Fire, 70 Light, 70 Cold.
If you're a Blader, you'd be best taking 90 Bicheon, 70 Fire, 70 Light, 70 Cold.
If you're a Glaiver, you'd be best taking 90 Heuksal, 70 Fire, 70 Light, 70 Cold.

INTS:

If you're a Spear Int, you'd be best taking 90 Fire, 70 Heuksal, 70 Light, 70 Cold.
If you're a Sword Int, you'd be best taking 90 Fire, 70 Bicheon, 70 Light, 70 Cold.

As they are your main Imbues/Nukes/Skills as you increase the mastery level, the Attack Power % is increased. I.e. Lv90 Bicheon = When Blade / Sword equipped any skills with that mastery will be increased to 1-90% depending on its level.

ok that helps a bit ...

lets use my bros build for example ... he wants to be 90 sword / 70 spear / 70 fire / 70 light ... can you tel me the flaw in it , like will everything at lvl 70 be weaker?

lets use my friends build for example ... he wants to be 90 weapon / 70 fire / 70 light / 70 ice ... can you also tell me what would be bad here, like will his nukes be weak?

he also wants to try 90 fire / 90 light / 50 (??) / 70 (??) ... where the ?? is he is deciding between ice or spear ... can you also help me here .. :D

--im sorry im asking for too much . :D

Ok, I'd go only 90 weapon masterys for STR based builds or hybrid ints who use Heuksal, Pacheon, Bicheon more than nukes.

Why?

Because they need all the physical power increase they can get. INT based builds, should take their main mastery and make it 90, whether it be fire, cold, light etc. This will increase their nuke damage by raising it like so. If you wanted to be pure nuker, you could make 90,90,90,30 which would be strong with all force masterys, and Heuksal/Bicheon/Pacheon would be weaker.

Yes, everything will be slightly weaker if left at 70, however with some int builds it makes little difference. With STR builds, it makes a great difference imo.

In this case, I would not recommend dropping a main force mastery (Fire/Light/Cold) for Heuksal/Bicheon/Pacheon especially if he is pure int. If hybrid int, I'd suggest having 2 or 3 masterys 90 like the build below.

It's not so much a bad build, but if he is planning on sacrificing anything he would be best dropping lightning. As it doesn't really increase your defense much only increases your attack; and parry.

A better build for this would be; 90 Fire, 90 Cold, 90 (Heuksal/Bicheon/Pacheon), 30 Light. Thus, he isn't sacrificing defense.

Hope I was help.

Well, since I'm a pure str bower, I think I should better take 90pach/fire 70light 50ice
Shouldn't that be better since u have the most damage from pach skills + fire imbue then?
Ice ain't that important

As we found out numerous times, Attack Rating is more important than imbues for STR characters. Imbues doesn't matter, thus fire won't matter unless we get 80-90 skills which then it will increase the Phy Attack %.

Lol I won't be increasing my attack rating with ice at 70.
And imbue will increase my damage, not by a lot, but a bit at least, that can make the difference.

Imbue hardly increases your damage on STR characters, because there is no imbue higher than Lv3. It will hardly help, but sure. You are sacrificing Phy defense for .000002 increase in dmg.

Well okay.. I understand.
But in my experience I feel that I get 20 - 30% of my damage from my imbue. (I'm lvl 40 pure str bower now)
And when I lvl my fire from lvl70 to 90 that'll mean.. 5 - 10% extra dmg? Imo that's worth it.
