"No more overpowered +20 items, the max plus available for regular players and as well as donors is now +12 (adv. elixir included) - any attempt above +12 will simply cause your item to either lose it's plus, or get destroyed, depending on your "luck" - the rates above +12 are set to ZERO."

I've read all I needed. Now we just have to wait for it to come out.

The mastery shop seems interesting too. It was always annoying in PvP servers having to level everything, especially at higher caps, and it damn near gave me carpal tunnel too, so if it eliminates that, awesome.

Yeah. They have a lot of really good end game content as well. I only hate the fact that its instant cap.
I'll miss the grinding to cap feeling :/

They also have the most skilled team out of every pserver, so I'm expecting this server to mop the floor with every server to date.

From what I'm reading everything is controlled by your level, we're all [80-110] able to interact with eachother, but in PvP the level 110s can't attack a level 80. We have separate areas and such as well.

Also, union max is 3 guilds, max of 20 players per guild. No more derpy OP unions.
I think I just got a chub from SRO, that's a first.


Question now, is what cap will you guys want to go to? I'm going to be Euro so it's whatever from 80-110 my skills remain the same. :sohappy:

I may be wrong but I think I remember reading on the forums someone saying that each cap will have like a different town? Kind of like 80s have their own server but I'm probably wrong.

I'm going Euro wizard 90 or 100 cap. You can go onto the forums, people are discussing guilds and what servers there going to go too.

I don't know, but we'll see soon there's a lot to learn about this server.
I'll join you on the 100 as a wiz/cleric also until I figure out what build I want.
80/90 have good memories, but they grow boring quick since there isn't much to do aside from the extra features they've added. Chinese are terribly underpowered at those caps as well if I ever want to change over.

Since these are PvP/unique servers I'm wanting to avoid 110 because Force [stun] is annoying as hell. "Yeah he's almost dead...*stuns, spams KB* ._.

I'm kinda happy they allow us to buy Myth sets [the strongest set you can buy with coins, not sure exactly how strong] I'll probably just buy a set if I like the server. I simply work too much to work my way to a full set. Which was the main reason I didn't play Salvation much.

Okay sweet. Out of all the caps, i'd prefer 90 because the 9d staffs look amazing but i don't mind 10d, and we're better off on a server that has decent popularity.

some guy was asking about what's going to happen to Chinese, so we'll hear more from them soon i guess.

Oh, is it like Salvation? BA>Coins>Sets?

I'm down for 100 cap. I wreck faces on that cap with a glavier, as I'm doing right now on Infinity. Unless it's a lock, no chin wastes time on those, and rogues/wars I don't even bother with, just ends up being DD/prick/mortal wounds/heal spam.

I noticed W1nt is on the team, keeping my hopes up for some awesome graphics edits, even though there is only so much you can do with SRO's crappy game engine.

The only thing "meh" I'm seeing about 100 cap is Adv C and D (+3 and +4) elixirs.

I guess that could really only be annoying if the alch rate is changed. If it's easy to get +8, then all you have to do is farm for an Adv D and boom, +12. I'm hoping for 1x (yes you read that right) alch rates, that's what they are currently on Infinity, and I've seen a couple people with +11, but it's a very small number, around 3-4 out of 60 if I had to guess.

I'm not sure exactly, but I know there's LWP which is X amount of silk per hour of being online.
Then there's BC [battle coins] "Purchases through a new currency that you can gain for killing other people in jobwars(anti-cheating measures added!)."
I also see Myth coins [lost the page with the info, damn it] I believe they are obtained by LWP [their silk] or by hunting uniques, those are used to purchase the strong sets.

I also just noticed that 100 & 110 cap have devil/angel spirits and I see Sabukun's Jewel for a cheap amount. Hmmm.... +10 DS are annoying, herp derp I haz 60k hp.

I'd say add a poll when the server gets closer to opening, I'm leaning between 90 and 100 cap currently.
I like 100 because of B5 uniques and Chinese are pretty good if I decide to play one.

Ehhhh, 40 "silk" per isn't that bad, and +10 DS isn't easy to get. I'm fine with not being able to buy +8/10 DS like you can in most servers. If they fix wars and rogues, and dear god I hope they do, just enough to make them worth fighting, 100 cap will likely be the most "balanced".

Seems fine to me, the biggest complaint I saw was:
"So we make one party with 20 member guilds and the rest get screwed?"

Wellllll, by that logic, two parties of 8 = 16 people, and 4 people still get screwed.
By this logic, two parties of ten, and nobody gets screwed.

Makes sense to me


This is the most active recent thread this section has had in ages, not counting the Salvation thread, it's pretty old now.

Hmm. I suppose, the original party 8/8 was always good and didn't really need any editing done.

Yeah, but with FW you were kinda left in the dark if the parties filled up, be a tad easier to move around as a coordinated group with that change, and you also won't be at a disadvantage because you showed up a few minutes late and the parties were all full.

I can't say, on lower resolutions it might be kinda crammed, but I play on 1920x1080, so I can say for sure fitting 7 more "bubbles" won't be hard.

Donator sets: Doubt it, even if their are, if enough people complain they'll be removed

There is a "Premium Gold Time Plus Plus" in one of the screenshots, no details on it though

Yeah it looks like DS will be +'able, but that isn't as easy as most people think, and it definitely beats just being able to buy the already +'d DS.

I think I will give it a try, not sure what cap yet, but IGN will be "Choseol".

A +10 DS is something around a 30-35% HP/damage/speed increase, can't remember exactly. At around 45k HP normally you'll end up with around 60k with one of those.

So yeah, if their just given away, it could turn into a problem, but I don't think they will be.

1. 80-90-100-110 multi cap instant cap servers.
2. 135 PVE Server, it's the updated server from OverLimit
