Hey Cb, idk how you're gonna face this but i'd like to tell you something

try to get a hold of a way to contact your members outside of warriors way online, i'm not sure the server's gonna survive this cap increase and if you do this you can just grab and maybe go to a different similar server that gets started or whatever

People were leaving the server because there was nothing for them to do at Lv90 & 99%... I think it'll be good.

had this server been 70/80 cap you'd have triple or more population than you have nowadays, i'd discuss this theory with you but it's kinda troublesome, the best example you'd have would be venus and their success

having this server rise to 100 cap means true definition that it'll never be good, there'll never be true job wars, guildwars, leveling parties, true competition, wich is a shame

and before you see this as me critizing you, i'm not, i think you and jackie are doing an awsome job and would leave to see you suceed/play with you on a different server, i'm just analysing this situation.

these people you talk about aren't the kind of players that build a community, they're not good examples

not really, I agree with a large portion of what CB said

I personally feel that the 110cap just before the new job update is my favorite times on isro. 90-100 cap is ok to me but any server lower than 90cap that is boring and I won't bother to join. There are so many contents that is not in the game in the <90 or <80cap. Plus the map is so small for the <80cap that is only the same few trade routes that everyone knows that everyone will just end up outside dw killing each other for 30mins, get bored and logout.

A server at a lower cap will die out even faster imo. Sure, there may be a few people who may join since they can reach cap faster but after they reach cap they will get bored of the game and still quit since they run out of things to do faster. In the end, it is sill a matter of whether there is something to do ingame.

TO be honest, I've had this overwhelming urge to check out SRO-R again.. Azteca or Thebes to see if there are any real people on the servers (botters or not).. Just want to know if people are playing SRO or what's the deal with the un-dying game? By the amount of people that hate what the official servers are and how they are operated; how is this company (Joymax) still operational?

and you do know sro's biggest community point was around 60-80 cap, right?

How long is your definition of 'lasted for a while'?
I have played several psro with cap 100 and above myself(when you guys aren't playing any sro and I feel like playing sro, don't ask me the names, I don't remember them), I didn't join them from their open server date, they have been there for at least a few months before I joined and I played them for a while(duration depends on whether I found a fellow legit(s) who joined for the same reason to talk to when I was playing) till got bored and quit them.

There are psro that last for a while with cap higher than 100, you just didn't played them when they are around.
And you know the reasons for your 2nd statement right? It is not because of the higher cap that people left. People left cause of various reasons such as bored of sro as a game by then, better games came out, busier real life so no time left for mmo and etc. And it is the same for the current situation.

Make the server a lower cap one is not a solution seriously, please don't do that. A few more people may join but how are you going to enjoy playing a server that is only going to last a shorter duration before you get bored of it when you are max out in everything(lvl, gears, skills etc) in like a month or so with nothing else to do since there are even less content at lower caps?

Just look at the Jsro screenshot thread, if there are people playing there till they are over level 120 and playing for more than a year, a high level cap is not the problem.

We could go on for days discussing what's better and what works best. It's pointless; you like the 60-80 cap.. I don't. To each their own. This thread is about Recruiting for Aftermath on WWO - if you guys have nothing good to add; please discuss WWO on the proper thread.
