yup! cause they are all in hotan or dw cause they r all in BIG lvls

Powerlevel.. Make sure you become friends with the right people and you might get free powerlevel if you are in an academy

lvl 1-60 Sonars
lvl 60-90 Rok mountain

Im only lvl 30 with lvl 1 gear, and i dont even play on the upside down ? server
im getting powerlvld

If you dont get powerlvl chinsese can survive longer in battle on its own
and no there arent many english speaking here

In Constantinople you'll find much English players if you look a bit.
