This is a guide for PURE INT players. This is the best way to make the best of your character (MAX damage, MAX protection)
Since my build is pure int, sword+shield.. my skills look like this:
Fire: Lvl 80

1. My main imbue is Fire so i have all 4 books maxed out. Fire is the strongest imbue there is, use it for maximum damage output.
2. I use shield so i need Fire Sheild all 4 books maxed out.
3. Flame Body is not necessary for me, becuase i dont base my attacks on STR. (but u can get it if you want)
4. I have Fire Protection maxed out, all 3 books.
5. It is up to you if you want to use Fire Wall, but i dont.
6. All 3 of the Fire Nukes are MAXED out (very important)
7. Fire Passive isnt necessary for me.
Ice/Cold: Lvl 70

1. Fire is my main mastry, so i dont need ice imbue.
2. For INT like me, Ice Guard is VERY IMPORTANT it helps reduce STR based attacks that are inflicted upon you.
3. Cold wave isnt so effective so i dont use it, this is my personal opinion, so you can ues it if you like.
4. Frost wall is also one of those less-necessary skills, you can you is if you want.
5. Frost Nova is sometimes helpful but, also up to you if you want to use it
6. Personally, I dont use ice nukes, they are very weak, so this is up to you.
7. Ice Passive is VERY IMPORTANT, you must max it out (Lvl 6)
Lightening: Lvl 70

1. Lightening imbue isnt as powerful as fire imbue, so it is preferred you use fire imbue.
2. Piercing Force is the one MOST IMPORTANT skill for a pure int player, it increases your INT based damage, you must MAX out all 4 books.
3. For every build grass walk is important, its required if you want to run fast. Phantom walk is also helpful, it lets you dash a long distance in a short amount of time.
4. Lion shouts are very important for that "finishing touch" they help out if an enemy has very little HP left. MAX all 3 books of it
5. Lightening nuke is very strong also, MAX both books. It can target multiple enemies with a lot of damage.
6. Lightening passive also very important, increases your parry ratio. (your ability to dodge attacks) very helpful when you are INT.
Physical Weapon Skills
Since you are INT, you are either using a Sword/Sheild or Spear. Here are both skills and how you want them.
1. Bicheon/Sword/Blade: Lvl 80

1. Smashing attacks arent really helpful in PVP(player vs player), you may use them in PVM (player vs monster). If you have the SP you may max all 3 books.
2. Because you are pure INT chain attacks arent necessary, but i got them for PVM, plus they are really fun (heaven chain FTW) you may max all 5 books aswell.
3. This is skill is amongst the most important skill for PVP, i recommend you max out 1st and 3rd book (2nd not necessary)
4. Just like Lion shout, this skill is used by STR as the "finishing touch" its not necessary but you can max all 3 books also.

Note: These next two skills are the most important skills for sword.

5. Knock down MUST be maxed out, no questions asked. It is one of the most important skills for a sword user. MAX ALL BOOKS!
6. This skills goes along with Knock down skill, it lets you stab the player/monster while they are knocked down on the ground. MAX ALL BOOKS!
7. This next skill is not necessary, it is used to 'mob' or attract many monsters by hitting multiple targets.
8. Sword passive raises block ratio on your sheild, MAX this. (Lvl 6)
2. Heuksal/Spear/Glaive: Lvl 80

1. (Same as #1 of Bicheon)
2. This next skill is not really important because you are INT and you are already immune to a big fraction of INT based attacks. You may MAX this for PVP.
3. You may use this in PVM because it hits simultaneous targets (3). you may MAX this out.
4. This is one of the MOST important skills for a spear user. SSS (Soul Spear Soul) MAX out all books.
5. This is a VERY POWERFUL attack and should be used frequently in PVP and PVM. MAX this!
6. Spear chains arent very powerful for PVP but are very effective in PVM. MAX OUT all books. (you may disclude 4th book (of 5 books total).
7. This skill is important, it will be your only STR based attack with far range, MAX out both books.
8. Spear Passive gives you more HP, MAX IT OUT (Lvl 6)
IMPORTANT: Take note of Mastry Level Total!! You may not exceed 300 skill levels total! That is why I tell you to have some skills at lvl 70 and NOT 80.
80fire+80wep+70+70ice = 300 MAXIMUM
