I bought a red horse at the stable, and it dissapears when I get off it.
Is there a horse that actually stays and doesn't dissapear?

no they are consumables the only ones that stay after you dismount are the horse/camel in the transport side but they walk a lot more slow and you need the merchant thingy (yes that thing that make you a trader) i think
