Important Notes:
* This program is in BETA testing. While it has been tested by the programmer, it is not guaranteed to work for everyone.
* It is only meant for Silkroad version 1.133 which is effective until December 18th, 2007.
* Ensure that you BACKUP your original Music.pk2 as per instructions before you use the program!
* The program is not packed, so it should scan cleanly.

Instructions:
1. Go to your Silkroad directory and rename your legit "Music.pk2" file to "Original_Music.pk2". This is so you will always have a backup and will not have to reinstall Silkroad to get it again.
2. Run "MusicPK2Maker.exe" from its own directory. This program will create the new Music.pk2 file in the directory it is executed in.
3a. For the music you want to change, choose the "Select File" button to pick a new .OGG file.
2b. If you wish to use the default music, check the "Use Default" checkbox.
3c. If you wish for there to be no music for an entry, leave the edit field blank and remove the "Use Default" check.
4. Click Commands->Create Pk2! menu entry to make a new "Music.pk2" file.
5. If this is the first time running the instance of the program, you will need to select your legit, original copy of Music.pk2. If you followed Step 1, it will be named "Original_Music.pk2".
6. Copy the new "Music.pk2" file into your Silkroad directory. Make sure you have already backed up the original before you overwrite the one in there now!
7. Run Silkroad and make sure no errors occur and the music actually changes, it should. You probably have music turned off, so run “Silkroad.exe” and change the settings to enable sounds again before you start the client.
Extra:
If you need OGG music files you can find some free ones on the net. If you want to convert your music files into OGG, I would HIGHLY recommend the program Audacity. You can get it for free at: Audacity: Free Audio Editor and Recorder . It is really easy to use and you should be able to figure it out in no time. You can even edit your songs to make them shorter if you wish.
Please report any bugs or problems. If it works fine for you, as in the program runs and you can use the new PK2 file in game, please let me know as well. I'm trying to get this stuff tested before the new updates. Thanks!
Edit: One last note that I like to bring up is that it will be a common error to accidentally NOT select your original legit Music.pk2 file when you go to create a new Music.pk2 file. So, if you get weird read errors or such, make sure you selected the right file. I can't think of any way around that, so please take your time when using it.
