Hey guys,
i noticed in on this forum that quiet allot people dont know about the seal of.. weapons. So i decided to make a guide about it, dont know if its useefull, but hey... , what we got to looese, right ? 
This is a list fo the Seal weapons:
First one: Seal of Star ( sos ), its like +5 but without any +, so u can add +5 on it than u got like a +10 weapon.
Second one: Seal of Moon ( som ) , this is like +8
Third and most powerfull one: Seal of Sun ( sosun ) , this is like a +12
These were the seals weapons. The Seals are very different in price, u pay like 10 times a SOS for a SOM and like 2 times a SOM for SOSUN. Also SOSUN is very very rare, there are much people that dont know about the existince of SOSUN. I hope with this guide u do know

I think 10x from sos to som is pretty exaggerated. An som is usually 2 or 2.5x the price of an sos.

Here's an addition to this guide.
SoS/SoM/SoSun Weapons only exist in the base levels of weapons. Eg. Lvl 16, 24, 32, 42 etc. Most people don't know that.

Wrong. There are lvl 52 som/sosun weapons around.
The only reason that there isnt for 64 is that with the 2nd tier weapon(68) Seal of Moon is unlocked and with the 3rd tier weapon(72) Seal of Sun is unlocked.

Vulperin was right, SoS=+7, SoSun=+15 and SoM occupy the values inbetween (could be any, i'm guessing)
info from a official SRO Q+A on the site, look for it, i'm too lazy to right now.

Just so you guys know, there is a lvl 64 som.....it was gaven out to winners of the gngwc, or somethign like that, its on the forums here...plus i think its on my site in news...freewebs.com/brigadeunion

you can t say that a sos is like a weapon +5 because sos's reinforce is higher.
a sos weapon is a weapon which have the same stat as the next weapon, including the reinforce. for exemple,
lvl 52 sos glavie = lvl 56 glavie
lvl 52 som glavie = lvl 60 glavie
that s why sos ppl are that strong, it s like if they were 4 lvl higher than us, so like lvl 74 instead of 70, the only difference is that they don t have stats from lvl up.

its SoS = +5 SoM = 1 degree SoSun = 2 degrees.

I saw one on Troy for 500k (bloody cheap) but I didn't have enough money to buy it.  I've seen others around the 1M mark.
