Hi guys and girls, I'm sorry if this is in the wrong section, or if it's inappropriate for me to ask here, but my hubbys and mine little noobie guild will be level 4 soon hehe so we would like to attempt a guild logo. We have the one we want in mind, and applying it won't be a drama, but I'm not familiar with paint or how to get it to the state i need to apply it.

Does this make sense? i know it has to be 16x16 and with the file extension bmp, so how do I achieve that? Once again sorry if I shouldn't be asking here, just a bit stumped on how to get it started once we've made our logo selection
