Just look in Constantinople, I've seen Argonaut there recruiting through stall. If not check first page he lists a lot of people.

These People aren't in Ovk anymore.
Lulous(moved to gaia), Melika(Blackhanded), Seriean(Noxed), Easly(Dont feel like saying...), Eremiel(Noxed), AkillerX(Noxed).
