I think some will switch back soon enough. Tha whole point of going hunter/trader to begin with was to entice more triangular conflict action, because as a union that was, for the majority, thieves, there were no trades to ever rob. Only trades out were low level 1*s.

I like the idea of having more organized events funded by the Fortress War funds. In doing that, I also agree that some sort of rules would need to be in place to govern how the money is spent. Anything more than that is going to be hard to manage.

We are all allied because we agree not to bot or buy gold. That is a nice broad agreement that is easy to stick to. If we add more rules we will start having more conflicts between players/guilds/unions.

I would hate to see this turn into some counsel telling guilds leaders how to run there guild or they get no money. I for one deal with enough plp telling me what to do in RL and will not deal with it in this game.

Only reason I listen to my guild leader is because he is my friend and he can tell you even that bond is sometimes not enough to make me do something I don't want to do. (Poor Tom )

OK there is my 2 cents. I think we are headed in the right direction, I just wanted to get my opinion out there. We were talking about this in our guild last night and Ryan made a good suggestion that I hope he posts.

SG probably hates setting up private forums for every little thing (or maybe he loves it) but anyway...I suggest setting up a private forum with Fly, SG and Witch as the Triumverate and individual guild leader can PM their respective union leader with their nomination for Senator.

Each senator will be given access to the Private forum during their tenure and can be removed afterward. Of course, the triumvirate will have admin rights to add and kick members.

That forum can be used to propose and discuss policy for the purposes we already discussed here.

Confederation Forum

The voting system requires the managment of a shitload of people / unique permissions that might skrew up SRF's permission settings so i set up a clean install of phpbb on my ftp.

feel free to register and get started.

Each guild leader who wants to participate needs to go sign up, get verified, and nominate a representivite from there guild.

Those wishing to get the 1st Chancellor seat should start thinking about raising support, getting there supporters signed up and verified, and planning there big selling points that they will use to get elected.

my next step will be to get the Treasury set up with accurate numbers to give people a good view of where the legit community stands money wise.

Checked the Jangan Tax manager and did some math, atm we have 250m in there, by next FW we should have 350-400m. minus the money needed to pay participating guilds, here is where the Treasury stands atm:

Hope to see 24/7 bot traps and also bot hunting squads for high lvl area where bot traps dont work.
With those, hopefully sooner or later Gold Bots will give up Venus.

What happens when someone else wins fort war? I would assume that they would want to pimp all there guild members out before they wanted to participate in this?

So is there any guild from the confederation that would be willing to accept a fast lvling and quite active Rouge/Warlock to their guild? I'm currently just lvl 22(started out yesterday) but I'm rising fast. I'm located on gmt +1 so a guild with mainly Europeans would be preferable, although everything is fine as I'm on most of the time anyways.(my girlfriend thinks I'm cheating on her so she won't talk to me, which leaves me to playing all night.. quite pathetic I know xP)

It's starting to get lonely without the guild and union chat, even tho I have nuck for making friends with random people I meet while grinding xD(which is kind of strange.. considering my repulsive IGN)

So what more guilds than BH and SD is there in that union? Because unfortunately both BH and SD have 40+ req

Silly Baro only Asylum is in BHA of the guilds you listed. BHA consists of Blackhand, SuddenDeath, Asylum, Power, Legends, Ninjitsu, uBp_Knights and Dutch_Nature.

BH, SD and Ninjitsu all have too high lvl req(+30)..

Power, Legends and uBp_Knights doesn't seem to have guild threads here so I don't know anything about em'.

and Dutch Nature does seem like a guild for dutch people(not that I have anything against dutch people, but it certainly would be nice to understand what's said in the guild chat).

I think this is a great idea! BUT also this is a game please lets all remember this. We all have different schedules and live all across the planet. Do we really think that we can get 24 people to meet at the same time and agree on one thing? again this is a great idea but people come and go from this game for different reasons I want this to work and would be a representative of my guild if they so choose. I dont really like the title of senator. I think we all have been watching a bit to much Star Wars lately! Supreme Chancellor? really?

The guild masters are responsible people! If they were not it would get back to the union leaders. Here is what I think would be similar to this and work just fine. --- Give a cirtain amount of money to each Union Leader to be distributed to the guilds in a way that they see fit. one week maybe one needs some gold a bit more... its ok people remember its only a game! that money will go toward what the guild master thinks the guild needs. sos gear, paying higher lvl char to pwrlvl some of the new players up to a lvl where they can easily get into parties, gold for setting up bot traps, per bot killed, or just giving some gold to each active member.. but the distribution would be up to the guild master. one thing I miss most about my last server was all the gold that I walked away from.. if each guild had money to give its members for good gear to share there would be less demand to "buy Gold" or at least take away that temtation. In every game people cheat! it does not matter what the game is. you name the game and someone has found a way to cheat at it.. I don't! I dont feel the need to. I enjoy the game for what it is. and want to play it the way it was meant to be played. I think other people feel the same way! that is what the What Fly and NightBloom has done on this server, and why I have moved and stay.

I would highly support weekly events. union events. all 3 union events etc. the more events the stronger the "legit" people will get to know eachother. communication is key! lets start small.. start simple.. someone has to be a leader! it seems like a huge task to be in charge of 3 unions and hundreds of "legit" players. seems like it would be best to delegate athority down to other people. I applaude these efforts to make the GAME better!

ATM we are looking at the largest Tax imcome ever from the Jangan Fortress. it will be around 600M+ with a huge majority of that going into the Treasury.

remember, only lvl 4 and 5 guilds can choose a senator. all guilds under those levels have there senator picked by the union leader from the lead guild.
