Your under level 38, because the level set on the wepon is 38 and its in red. I suggest just buy a level 38plain glavie get it +3 since its the last tier. And buy a 42 wepon once ur there. You will level 38-42 fast since if im not mistaken you have good quests during those lvl's/

good quests? :!:

im still doing the stupid jewel and bow quests and the archers are blue for me now :banghead:

its rewarding when you finish them but only because it's such a pain to do them.
