i started on hard lol.
i tried easy on guitar hero 1 cuz i was scared, but that was like...i could play it with my toes.
then medium was ok only on really hard songs, for the rest it was straight to hard.
ive never played gh3 though, i guess the songs are harder since its the third of the series so you should be on medium for the first two or three days going through all the songs. I think after playing a song for a day going to hard shouldnt be a problem unless its one of the epic hard ones.
