Andrew Ryan was born in 1911 in Berlin, Germany. As Ryan grew up in germany, he experienced the horrors of World War I, he saw his family be slaughtered by opposings forces right in front of him. Since then Ryan grew to be a industrial young man. Worked in the factories from 1935-1938 as an engineer for tanks. Hilter found about this young man and hired him into his personal services. Ryan didn't know at first what Hitler's plans were and continued the design on tanks such as the Panzer and other models. After the bombing in Britian he found out the true purpose of the Nazi Regime was to terrible for him, he was jewish but through his years he grew very atheist. Some thught he really just hated God for what he did to his parents. Ryan then afterwards from escaping from Germany didn't want to go to Russia or even the United States knowning the goverment status, so his only escape from this imperfect world was to set aside and build a city, a perfect city of his own. The only problem that occured was where to build it. He flew planes all over the world to find abandoned islands but no such thing existed. So as the last resort he decided to do the near impossible, build a city underwater. He secretly went back to germany and some of france, persuaded all the scientist by telling them there were no restrictions on their developments. He also praised it to the people who grew tired of the Facism in Germany and several hundreds of people came and help build the city. Ryan named this city Rapture and after 16 years of development it was completed. His so-called perfect society was at its peak. One of the scientist had a breakthrough, in genetic deformations that allowed super-human strengths and mutiple of powers through modifing the genetic code and mutating them. He didn't know that this chemical was extremely addicting due to fact that without a certain amount constantly running through the system because it wasn't natural to human body and could not be developed inside the human body. That was the beginning of the end.....
